Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026.

These terms govern access to Cuedar, including the official website, dashboard, strategy profiles, watched channels, weekly digests, and related advisory work.

Acceptance and business use

By using Cuedar, creating a profile, purchasing a membership, or asking us to prepare analysis, you confirm that you are using the service for lawful business purposes and that you have authority to submit the company context you provide.

Service scope

Cuedar summarizes public and user-authorized sources, identifies external business signals, and provides evidence-backed decision prompts. Starter membership covers one company workspace, one active watched channel, and one weekly digest unless a different scope is agreed in writing.

Decision responsibility

Cuedar may miss information, lag source changes, or interpret signals incorrectly. Users remain responsible for business decisions and should verify important decisions with primary sources, internal teams, or qualified advisors.

No professional advice

Cuedar does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. Digests and profiles are business-intelligence inputs, not instructions to act.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping submitted context lawful, accurate, and authorized for analysis. Do not submit customer lists, contracts, invoices, employee data, private financial records, unlawfully obtained information, or materials you are not allowed to share.

Payments and memberships

Starter memberships are purchased for a selected period through PayPal. Cuedar tracks the membership period internally; cancelling or not renewing stops future access after the paid period and any applicable grace period. PayPal may apply its own account, payment, currency, dispute, and processing rules.

Refunds and advisory work

The first-digest guarantee is described in the Refund Policy. Advisory, custom research, multi-channel analysis, and consulting-style projects are separate from Starter membership unless expressly included in a written agreement.

Availability and suspension

Cuedar is available only where product, infrastructure, payment processing, sanctions rules, and applicable regulations allow us to provide the service. We may refuse, suspend, or limit service for unlawful use, payment issues, security risk, operational risk, or unsupported regions.

Ownership and permitted use

You keep ownership of your submitted business context. Cuedar keeps ownership of the platform, software, workflows, templates, prompts, and service know-how. You may use delivered profiles and digests internally for your business, but may not resell, republish, or repackage Cuedar outputs as a competing service.

Service changes

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. If a material change affects an active paid membership, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice or a practical transition path.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cuedar disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
