Refund Policy

First-digest guarantee

If your first weekly digest does not contain at least one useful signal, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days after first digest delivery and we will refund your first payment.

Membership periods

Starter is a recurring subscription billed by Paddle at the selected interval until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals in the Paddle customer portal; access continues through the paid period and any applicable grace period.

Limits

The guarantee applies only to the first payment, excludes advisory or custom projects, and is limited to one refund per company.
